i had a wonderful experience during my recent stay. the holiday inn truly exceeded my expectations this christmas party, with a cozy atmosphere and friendly staff. the leisure facilities were a highlight, allowing me to enjoy the pool and sauna effortlessly.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The kids loved the pool, and we enjoyed the nearby Kingsholm Stadium where Gloucester's rugby team plays. The staff were exceptional, especially when they helped us with our family needs, which made our experience seamless.

My kids wished for better dining options, especially more child-friendly meals at breakfast.

the staff at holiday inn were incredibly friendly. they helped us with maps and shared great tips about local attractions. the health and fitness centre was excellent, with a heated indoor pool that my kids loved. being close to concerts in cheltenham and wells was a huge plus for our family!

We had a lovely time at this hotel with plenty of space in our cozy room, and the shower gel smelled amazing! The indoor pool and leisure room provided great ways to unwind after a long day. The only hiccup was that our sheets weren’t changed during our stay, but it didn’t ruin our overall experience. 😊

The stylish and comfortable room featured convenient USB and C sockets, making it perfect for families. Breakfast was plentiful and offered a great variety, including delightful smoked salmon. the check-in experience was marred by misinformation about the smoking policy, leading to an uncomfortable first night. the staff's initial indifference to this issue diminished the overall experience. Thankfully, a room change was facilitated the next day, improving the stay significantly.

The onsite health club was great, and the air conditioning was super handy. We had a clean, spacious room that fit our needs perfectly.

I stayed for 2 nights in a Standard Queen Room. The staff were friendly and provided quick service. The pool area was clean and enjoyable. The bathroom was modern and well-maintained. It’s a great spot for families and convenient for exploring the area. 😊

The staff were very friendly and accommodating especially when it came to helping my wife with her Coeliac dietary needs and the second positive was the breakfast which had plenty of options and was well cooked right when we wanted it

The staff were incredibly accommodating, even giving our dog some water in the bar while we relaxed after a long drive. And when we needed a highchair for our toddler, they were quick to fetch it, which was a relief when we just walked in wanting to eat.

Exceptional staff and clean facilities

I had a fantastic stay with my family, enjoying a clean and modern room with great amenities like effective air conditioning and fast Wi-Fi. The staff were extremely friendly and provided excellent service throughout our visit. I especially loved the spacious layout of the hotel and the accessibility to the health club, which was a wonderful bonus! the parking fees felt a bit excessive.

staff were super friendly and really made feel welcome. room was comfy but had some noise from outside. the food was decent even tho pricey. the pool and gym were solid, so that was a plus.

This place suits me perfectly, offering wi-fi, a fitness centre, and a comfortable lounge area. On my first stay, the staff provided excellent travel tips I still remember. Highly recommend for a pleasant stay.
